Policy, Privacy and Disclaimer

- Your communication will be treated confidentially by Mark Vardell. In a formal counseling relationship (and with general inquiry) your identity and any ongoing personal information shared via electronically will not be shared or used for any other purpose without your direct request or consent. Your full rights to privacy and confidentially as in a formal counseling agreement will be supported within the bounds of what current law and ethical standards state and will allow. * For clients see specific details and limitations in the Intake counseling agreement forms.

- Choosing to use any of the online services does not or is intended to replace or supplant office policy, agreements, consent for treatment and/or limitations.

- Technically, efforts have been made to provide safe and reliable services however no guarantee is made or implied about actual technical dependability. No technical support or assistance is offered or suggested. To minimize risk the secure areas has trusted and proven safeguards to protect and assist in privacy, however there is no absolute way to ensure total guarantee. This also does not predict or control what happens once you receive data. Ultimately it is your judgment to determine your situation, comfort, options and what is acceptable privacy measures especially in regards to sending and receiving sensitive data
